After 3 years of pushing, we have a final vote on a new affordable housing policy that would require all new developments to include affordable units. Inclusionary zoning is a big chance for working class tenants to make the city more affordable, and developers are fighting tooth and nail to stop it.

We, the people, have our last chance to say our piece on this policy as the Housing Committee at City Hall considers the proposed policy.
