ACORN CAPREIT Tenant Union Delivering CEO Grinch Award

The ACORN Capreit Tenant Union is going to CAPREIT headquarters to give their CEO, Mark Kenney, a Grinch award!  For most AGIs done in 2020 - during a pandemic!

Where: meet at the corner of Church and Front (South east corner)

When: Tuesday, December, 15th at 1pm

Kenney winning award for excellence in destroying affordable housing to maximize shareholder dividends

Tenants facing COVID rent increases and dealing with chronic maintenance issues will attempt to personally deliver CAPREIT CEO Marc Kenney with the prestigious award. 

Tenants are organizing with ACORN Canada, and are calling on CAPREIT, the city, and the province to stop the barrage of Above the Guideline Increases (AGIs)
