Ottawa Citywide Renoviction Bylaw Action

Ottawa’s anti-renoviction bylaw is coming back to city council this July! After slow-walking for two years, the city staff tried to completely kill the renoviction bylaw. SHAME! But because of the power of ACORN members who spoke at City Hall in support of the by-law, we were able to convince the City to continue the work.

That’s why we need your support at city hall to tell city councillors what we need to see in this bylaw! We need as many people to FORCE the City to do what’s right, and fight back against guidelines that let landlords LIE to tenants!
