Ottawa City Council Votes on Renoviction Bylaw

To make sure council votes yes, we need a sea of ACORN members in their red t-shirts to flood the council meeting, each person a silent but powerful testament that ACORN’s watchful eyes are upon them.

This came after all of the pressure that ACORN members from all over the city have put on council through consistent actions leading up to our rally the day before the vote, the ACORN members who spoke directly to councillors today, as well as the allies who've supported our campaign.

Now it's time for city council to VOTE next week.
