Mayor’s Office Walk (Toronto)

The Mayor's Office and other City personnel will be taking a visit to the most notorious building in Toronto: 500 Dawes Rd. With more than 86 outstanding property standards violations and counting reported since 2014, the building is atop a structurally unsound parking garage (where the City sounded the alarm on this 3 years ago!), broken elevators, dilapidated balconies, and more.

We are going to take Mayor Chow's office on a tour to finally commit to doing remedial action on the building, and treat the building with urgency as it deserves. Carolyn Goodman (quoted "Toronto's Worst Landlord') needs to finally be held accountable for her negligence. Join us to let the Mayor's office know to take action NOW.
