STOP renovictions at 994 O’Connor Drive (Toronto)

Renovictions have been a widespread epidemic, where Ontario saw a 300% increase in N-13 applications, which are eviction applications related to renovations and demolitions, between 2017 and 2021. Toronto ACORN had passed an anti-renovction bylaw, but the battle isn't over yet! Michael Klein has been administering N13 applications at both 994 O'Connor Drive and 508 Dawes Road, and we want these applications to be withdrawn NOW. 

We will be coming together for a tenant speakout next week, inviting Councillor Paula Fletcher, Councillor Brad Bradford, MPP Mary Margaret-McMahon, and MP Nathaniel Erskine-Smith.
