Tenants of 1270 and 1280 Webster are facing renoviction from their homes by the new building owner, "Webster Apts Inc.". Tenants were sent letters from the new landlord, which included misleading information intended to INTIMIDATE tenants into leaving before the company even files for evictions through the landlord tenant board!
