National Leadership School was a big success this weekend.
22 Leaders from nine cities across the country came together to talk, train, learn, and plan to build grassroots power!
Workshops were run by ACORN’s experienced leaders throughout these 2 action-packed days. Saturday included Campaign Planning, How to Run a Successful Meeting, How to Petition, Working with the Media, National Civics, a guest speaker from Energy Efficiency Canada about Energy Poverty, and ACORN Radio!! We ended on Sunday with an exciting Action Role Play and a short session on What is Leadership!
Leaders did an amazing job running the workshops!
