Herbert Kelly

We would like to dedicate this member profile in fond memory of member Herbert Kelly who passed away Friday, February 28, 2014.

Herb was a quiet member at first, but he certainly stepped up as leader in the local fight against the landlord in his building last fall. Herb showed real heart and leadership standing up for healthy homes in his community. He encouraged many of his family members to join ACORN and won an award at our Unsung Heroes Ceremony in November for Tenant Leadership.

He will be missed.
