Victory in the Park for Ottawa South Chapter!

OTTAWA, ON— On July 16th, ACORN members gathered at Sandalwood Park after winning a safe sharp disposal box for the park!
Members did a sweep of the park with safe sharp disposal kits after a used needle was spotted in the park by a member, scouted a spot for the tamper-proof safe sharp deposit box to be installed by Public Health and gained several supporters who signed a petition to make Sandalwood Park safer!
