New Brunswick Sends February off with petitions galore!

Great work, Fredericton! 

Members gathered despite the cold on February 26th to spread the word- NB Power rates going up hurts low-income people the most. They collected signatures for our Affordable Energy NOW petition, drumming up hype and demanding a PAUSE ON RATE HIKES!

A huge thank you to the Peter McKee Community Food Centre for allowing us to host another whole week of outreach at their doors in Moncton! 

Members gathered signatures from the public, invited folks to the upcoming neighbourhood meeting and beat records despite the snow storm shutting down operations on Tuesday! Can you help us go even further by sharing this post?

Les membres se sont rassemblés malgré le froid pour faire passer le message : l’augmentation des tarifs d’Énergie NB pénalise surtout les personnes à faible revenu. Ils ont recueilli des signatures pour notre pétition « Énergie abordable DÈS MAINTENANT », créé un buzz et exigé une PAUSE DES AUGMENTATIONS DE TARIFS !
