Moncton River Pride and Labour Day Weekend

On Saturday we had a canopy during River Pride in Downtown Moncton where members engaged with the community, where we discussed housing and price gouging and gathered over 100 signatures from people saying they will vote for the platform in the upcoming provincial election with the best tenants rights policies!
Then on Sunday, ACORN members from all across the province gathered in solidarity with local Unions in the struggle for better wages and working conditions for all. We engaged in talks and advocacy amongst each other and commemorated the day with chants and music!
