3950 Lawrence Ave East and 15 Orton Park Action

Yesterday (Tuesday, September 19th), Scarborough ACORN members in 3950 Lawrence Ave East and 15 Orton Park gathered in a fervent march and delivered a demand letter, as well as ~20 work orders! The residents of both buildings managed by Grant Management Limited and Crestview Group of Companies and owned by DPA Developments are experiencing unlivable conditions – bedbugs, infinite mice spawns, and cockroaches and their units are in complete disrepair. A common demand for each resident was getting the carpets cleaned, and they finally did due to ACORN’s presence and collective action taken against Grant Management!
