150+ ACORN members and tenants at Nubury Properties (140 Elm Ridge Dr, 141 Lyon Ct, 145 Marlee Ave, 377 Ridelle Ave, and 111 Ridelle Ave) gathered to get organized to fight the oncoming Above the Guideline Rent Increase (AGI)!
Tenants are saying NO! to the rent increase amidst the outstanding repairs, shut down services, and prolonged construction happening in these buildings!
