Letter to the City of Toronto for a Maximum Heat Bylaw

Toronto ACORN and partners in the Toronto Heat Safety Coalition sent a letter to the City of Toronto advocating for a maximum heat bylaw of 26 degrees Celsius that will be effective within all units – not just common areas!
