Toronto ACORN takes action against illegal AC fees

On June 10th, more than 30 Toronto ACORN members and tenants of Rosebury Square delivered a letter with 80 signatures to their property management, Sterling Karamar, demanding the revocation of the recently imposed illegal charge for air conditioning.
Tenants are facing repair issues, ant and bedbug infestations, and a sudden closure of the pool, among other challenges. In response, tenants have united to fight back and ensure their voices are heard!
