Calgary Tenants Come Together for Rent Control

Over 50 people came out to Alberta ACORN’s Rent Control Forum at the CommunityWise Resource Centre on March 1st, 2023!
Calgary is getting organized like never before and the people are demanding change.
ACORN members shared stories of what it’s like to be crushed by landlords in a province with NO rent control and few other protections.
Many new members joined the union and we are ready to bring the fight to the province!
The landlords of Alberta are about to learn NEVER to mess with the people!
