Tell your MLA we need VACANCY RENT CONTROL in BC!

1 in 5 BC renters spends over half their income on rent. While there is rent control that limits rent increases to 2.5% plus inflation per year, it is tied to the tenant. This means that if the tenant moves out, the landlord is free to raise the rent as high as possible.
