Weston ACORN members held a Healthy Homes Action on Wednesday December 8 for the tenants of 2255 Weston Road
Tenants at 2255 Weston Road have been living in such terrible conditions, and yet face rent increases, additional fees like that of transfer, and are forced to spend money from their own pockets to fix their units! The tenants are fighting back against repairs not being done, pest issues, ceiling walls falling off, broken lifts, old and broken appliances and a healthy living condition.
The landlord and management company Firm Capital Properties Inc and Westbury Rental Residences are ignoring tenant concerns❌ Tenants filed 311 complaints to the City to get repairs done and are fighting back as a tenant union!
Every tenant deserves a healthy home!
