Great action this week at 2667 Kipling Ave – tenants and community members showed up to demand their landlord fix the building once and for all! Management locked up and wouldn’t speak with us but we won’t stop fighting. Tenants need healthy homes!
RentSafeTO scored a 79% for 2667 Kipling Ave in 2020, yet the parking garage has been shut down due to it being so unsafe and tenants are still dealing with many issues in their building. We need the City to step up and improve RentSafe to protect tenants!
