Over 35 ACORN members from Toronto, Hamilton, London, Peel, Oakville, Peterborough, and Ottawa came together on Thursday July 4th to demand support from the provincial government for:
– rent control on all buildings
– vacancy control
– ban on above the guideline rent increase

In the phone zap, we got through to the Premier Doug Ford’s Office, MPP Mike Ford’s office and more! These MPPs already knew about our provincial day of action on July 11th! Let’s continue to keep the pressure on!
