Affordable housing activists are calling for the province to close what they see as a rent-increase loophole.
Despite a promised freeze, they say landlords can still charge above-guideline hikes.
They say that means rising rents and tenants forced out of their homes in the pandemic.
Members of the group ACORN are promising a protest in Toronto on the weekend.
