People living in an apartment complex in downtown Hamilton say they’re the victims of renoviction. A local developer is paying out residents as it prepares to gut part of the building for new units. While the payouts are tens of thousands of dollars, people say finding comparable prices in the city is very difficult. Phil Perkins reports.
