According to a new ACORN Canada report, moneylenders have increased profits over the course of the pandemic by “exploiting” low- and moderate-income communities with high costs. We speak with Bader Abu Zahra, the head of ACORN’s Vanier chapter in Ottawa about the findings of the report.
