Big Win for Rexdale ACORN – Tenants of 25 Leduc and 2 Torbolton Dr Win $10,000 from the Tenant Defence Fund

Huge win for tenants at 25 Leduc Dr and 2 Torbolton Dr in Rexdale. After many actions and community outreach, tenants were able to pressure the city to make a special request to access the tenant defence fund. Typically the fund only covers AGIs, not renovictions – so not only is this a huge win for Rexdale tenants but it’s also a HUGE win for tenants across Toronto!
