Great action outside of 11 Bergamot this week! Tenants came out to demand their landlord, Pinedale Properties, fix the badly needed repairs in their building.
Tenants delivered a letter directly to the property manager and even after our action today, we won’t be going away. Pinedale makes MILLIONS per year but tenants are living with mould, broken ventilation systems, plumbing issues, pests problems, and more.
We need healthy and safe housing for all!
