ACORN’s victory is confirmed! The tenants of a CAPREIT building threatened with eviction on Barclay Street in Montreal were able to stay in the building after ACORN’s intervention. And even better! They have been relocated to a brand new apartment and have just signed a lease!!! ACORN is taking its campaign against evictions during COVID-19 to the next level.

La victoire d’ACORN est confirmée ! Les locataires d’un immeuble CAPREIT menacés d’expulsion sur la rue Barclay à Montréal ont pu rester dans l’immeuble après l’intervention de ACORN. Mieux ! Ils ont été relogés dans un appartement flambant neuf et viennent de signer un bail !!! ACORN passe au niveau supérieur de sa campagne contre les expulsions durant la COVID-19.
