500 Dawes Action – Most notorious landlord in Toronto

Around 15 ACORN union members came out to speak out about the unliveable conditions of their building – the notorious 500 Dawes Rd.

Caroline Krebs, owner of 500 Dawes Rd (with multiple aliases to hide from tenants and evade responsibility, i.e Carolyn Goodman and Marian Linton) has been recorded to have 84 property standards violations, as well as outstanding repairs from even almost a decade ago.
