Toronto Max Heat Bylaw Update!

15 ACORN members and allies stood together today at city hall with councilor ally Alejandra Bravo in the ongoing battle between Toronto ACORN and allies versus MLS — for a Max Heat By-Law. Councillor Bravo introduced a motion last month requiring staff to come back with an implementation framework with dates for the creation of the Max heat By-law.
The staff report, which was live only as the press conference started, outlined a timeframe that ACORN members will now fight to shorten.
