Workshop: Building Tenant Resistance to Doug Ford!

Ontario ACORN members living in cities without local offices joined the ACORN Advanced Workshop on Zoom to learn outreach skills and how to build ACORN at home. Their energy, focus, and willingness to engage made the session powerful and productive.
Everyone did an amazing job during the petitioning and door knocking role plays where we practiced collecting signatures for a provincial rent grant program in the wake of Bill 60. The preparation, teamwork, and confidence they brought to the scenarios really showed.
Workshops like this only matter when members show up ready to learn and take action and they did exactly that. The momentum that’s building with the ON Remote Crew is real, and it’s exciting to see. Together, we are building tenant resistance to Doug Ford!
