\nEast York ACORN gathered together to fight back against the ineffective pest control treatment program (where immobile seniors are requested to move their furniture themselves without aid pre-treatment), the flooding basement, and the lack of security and safety. 100 and 110 Unity Rd is a seniors building that hosts tenants 60+ and older, and they are being left behind! Seniors are treated like second class citizens, and today we stood up to fight back and stand in solidarity!<\/p>\n
