25 ACORN members, tenants from 235 Gosford and allies braved the cold and rallied outside their building on Saturday. It's nearing a month since a massive fire displaced tenants from their building. Many are still struggling to find stable housing and don't know when they'll be able to return home. Families are struggling to pay extra costs for food and transportation while being displaced.
Ronkay Management needs to step up and provide clear communication. Tenants are demanding stable housing, transparency, and accountability from management - we pay rent, landlords must provide housing! Not to mention the holidays are coming up - tenants need answers now, we've waited long enough!
