National Day of Action to End Two Tier Banking
Canada has a Two Tier Banking system. While the banks and the rich are able to create massive amounts of wealth, low income Canadians are denied basic banking services and charged high fees forcing them to 'alternate' banks like Money Mart, Go Easy, and Fairstone.
On July 13th ACORN is holding over a dozen actions across the country demanding the banks end their business practices that have created Canada's Two Tier Banking System.
End Bank Fees. Stop denying lines of credit. Stop Financing Predatory Lenders.
Tuesday, July 13th
