Hamilton ACORN Renoviction Campaign Meeting & Delegation Training
Join ACORN leaders for a meeting on our renoviction campaign and help us gear up for April 22nd when a report comes back to the Emergency and Community Services Committee. The report is on what other cities are doing about renoviction and recommendations for Hamilton.
ACORN has been calling on the City of Hamilton to implement a landlord licensing program / anti-renoviction bylaw similar to the one passed in New Westminster, BC. Cities have the power to protect tenants from renoviction & substandard housing!
