Ottawa ACORN Inclusionary Zoning Rally

2 months ago, the majority of City Council voted to approve a new development downtown for the largest residential tower in Ottawa. It’s set out to be 65 storeys high, and chock full of luxury rentals. But with inclusionary zoning, the City could force the developer to include 300 new affordable housing units ! That’s why ACORN members are organizing a rally to fight back against greedy developers and demand inclusionary zoning.
