ACORN is demanding Metrolinx commit to building a community centre, green space, and job and childcare centres as part of any deal that Metrolinx signs with developers. 

ACORN will be bringing these demands to the three companies being considered by Metrolinx to build the LRT and letting them know that the community will only accept real community benefits, not just the lowest bid.
