Fight Back Against Proposed Minor Variance At City Hall! (Toronto)

Michael Klein is taking away tenants' laundry room (until the newly shrunken room is built) and amenity spaces (lockers) and replacing this real estate with more UNAFFORDABLE apartment units. What's more is that this is against City bylaws, as tenants are legally obligated to have this space! He has already been renovicting tenants left and right, so he is attempting to once again - squeeze every penny out of this building. We need to stop his money-grubbing proposal, so we are taking this fight down to City Hall.
