Avenue Living Tenant Union Meeting! (Alberta)

Nearly all Avenue Living tenants experienced rent hikes as high as 50%, alongside prevalent maintenance issues and the absence of recycling programs. Moreover, there's a lack of information regarding retrofits and tenants' participation or benefits amidst major changes to their building.
