Our hearts fill and bleed knowing the list of Black, Indigenous and other people of Colour killed by the Canadian police and the police in the US. We are full of grief for their families. We stand with this fight and a never-ending commitment to fight for change that will end Canada's, the United States', and the world’s own never-ending pandemic of ardent racism.
Mobile clinic brings COVID-19 testing to residents in Vanier and Overbrook
Rendre le dépistage de la COVID-19 plus accessible aux résidents vulnérables d’Ottawa, tel est l’objectif de la clinique mobile qui a ouvert ses portes samedi, dans Vanier.
Dozens turned out to be tested Saturday at the clinic at Ogilvie North Park
Residents of Vanier and Overbrook turned out by the dozens to get COVID-19 tests Saturday, at a first-of-its-kind mobile testing booth.
The event aims to help vulnerable people living in the Vanier and Overbrook areas get tested for the novel coronavirus.
The mobile clinic — the first of its kind in Ottawa — brought medical staff and test kits right to the doorstep of some of the city’s most disadvantaged residents.
Residents in Ottawa's east end can get a coronavirus test in Ogilvie North Park on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
