Posted April 18, 2016

BC ACORN Members turned out to greet Michelle Mungall, MLA for Nelson-Creston and Social Development Critic, as she announced the BC NDP's call to end the bus pass claw back for the province's PWD recipients.

ACORN members applaud the NDP's stance on reinstating the $45 dollar/year bus pass, and encourage the NDP to put forward a motion to raise the rates for PWD recipients to $1800/month to bring the rates above the poverty line.
